Jane Lynch LLB Hons, FRSM – DirectorJane is a Director of the Health & Professional Training Agency, a Lawyer and expert in the field of Clinical Negligence. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and an expert on the projects Board of the Royal College of Physicians and an award winning author.

Jane specialises in legal training for healthcare professionals and trains over 250 NHS Trusts, the private health sector, MOD, professional bodies and public authorities.

She has extensive experience of Healthcare issues. As a result she is in considerable demand as a lecturer, both to specialist groups and at national events worldwide.

Jane also lectures at several universities at Masters Degree level in areas such as clinical risk management. 

Jane is the author of a series of books published by Radcliffe Oxford. Titles include ‘Health Records in Court’, ‘Consent to Treatment’ and ‘Clinical Responsibility’.  Health Records in Court won an award at the BMA book awards. 

Jane has many articles to her credit published in health, pharmaceutical and legal journals.
